The Bearis Bears Post is an extension of The Bearis Bears, a collection of fashion plushy bear accessories designed to complement your bag. But they're meant for more than just completing your outfit; they're meant to be your companion wherever you go, whether that's your work, a friend's house, or your next vacation. Born from two sisters' shared creativity, this brand carries a simple belief: that everyone deserves a little more sweetness in their life. Founded by Fabiana, who has spent much of her life navigating her own insecurities, this community exists for anyone walking that same road…a space to feel loved, feel at home, and be reminded that progress happens one small, gentle step at a time. Each Bearis Bear carries that message of peace, love, companionship, and faith, while our monthly Bearis Bears Post keeps that same spirit alive all year long.

When will I get my letter?

We send out The Bearis Bears Post on the 15th of every month. You will receive it within 3-10 days of sending, If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
What if i need to cancel or change my address or billing info

You can email us as at fabiana@bearisbears.com and we will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending!
What happens if i dont receive the letter?

Please note that delivery can occasionally take up to two weeks. If your Bearis Bears Post hasn't shown up, reach out to us at fabiana@bearisbears.com and we'll take care of it - either by sending a replacement letter or issuing a refund for that month. Before reaching out, it's worth double-checking your receipt to make sure your address was entered correctly, since that's the most common reason mail goes missing!
Part of what makes The Bearis Bears Post special is the anticipation that slower rhythm we don't get from anything digital. That said, delays and lost mail do happen from time to time. If your letter hasn't arrived by the end of the month, just let us know and we'll sort out getting a replacement to you!
